**Terms and Conditions for Workshops:**
Children must actively participate in workshop activities and follow the facilitator's instructions. For safety reasons, participants must be at least 8 years old. If you believe your child is under 8 and can fully engage in accordance with these conditions, please email us to discuss prior to booking a workshop.
Children (under 12) participating in our in-store activities must be accompanied by an adult.
We reserve the right to ask any child who consistently disregards instructions or disrupts the workshop to leave. In such cases, we will contact the responsible adult and request their prompt pickup of the child.
If a workshop is cancelled by Charli Blue Collective, participants will be offered a full refund, the option to reschedule, or a credit. We will strive to notify participants of cancellations at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.
Charli Blue Collective classes are conducted based on reaching a viable number of participants. Since facilitators are paid for their services, workshop fees will not be refunded for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop start date. Any requests to cancel or change an enrollment must be made in writing (preferably by email) to Charli Blue Collective.
When a refund is issued, or in exceptional circumstances where a withdrawal is approved, participants may request that the resulting credit be applied to another Charli Blue Collective workshop. All requests to transfer a credit must be submitted in writing to Charli Blue Collective. A transfer can only be completed once within 12 months of the original workshop date. If the participant fails to attend the workshop for which they transferred their credit or if the 12-month period expires, all fees will be forfeited.
Charli Blue Collective will inform the facilitator of all participant cancellations within 24 hours of being notified.
